I have both urinary and bowel incontinence. I have lived with it for years now. Of all the many products I have tried, Assurance are the best and most cost efficient.

How can you go wrong with these.? My friend is shy in buying these in the store. So I ordered a case online for her. They came in a brown box with no label as to what they were. She really likes them. Will order more for her in the future. This is the cheapest anywhere. She says the size is a perfect fit also.

This would have been a 5-star rating if they had full seat coverage oh, but they don't. I think these were probably designed by a Young woman who has worn a thong her whole life. Unfortunately, they are mostly being worn by the older generation that were brought up on wearing full seated briefs. In other words, granny panties. I can't say I'm crazy about the feeling of half of my derriere being uncovered but it's an excellent price so what more can I say? I don't have enough money to be picky but I sure wish I did!

These Assurance incontinence products are a great value over other name brands. I especially like these undergarments for the price. While I'm not 100% thrilled with the very large leg openings, as a whole this disposable panty fits fine. I haven't found the need to size up. I've tried most other major brands and these perform the same, so why pay more? The material is soft and flexible. No odd rustling sounds or bulkiness. If you suffer with bladder control issues, these will give you peace of mind. Tip: use an incontinence pad inside for additional security.

These undergarments do what they are designed to go and are affordably priced. The fit is good, the absorption is good. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give these briefs a 9.
