Augason Farms Emergency Food Cream of Chicken Soup Mix, 52 oz

This just arrived today and I receive this to review. How would I know. Have not used. I am giving 5 stars based on the price, fast shipping with no damage and hope that it will work in an emergency.

Soup? Who uses this for soup? Brown 2 to 4 thick cut pork chops in a frypan and move to a plate. In frypan, add 2/3 cup of soup mix to pan and 2 cups gravy. Whisk until mixed. Add 1/3 cup STILL FROZEN NO WATER ADDED orange juice concentrate and heat until melted and mixed in. Add 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts and a couple of sprinkles of cinnamon or Chinese 5 Spice Powder. Stir. Add pork chops back to pan and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until pork chops are done. Serve over rice. Think up other things you can do with this stuff!!!

This is the best tasting, easy storing and convenient chicken flavored soup I have ever tried.

This product is delicious and has so many other uses besides just soup! I highly recommend it and will continue to order it.

This soup mix is great for emergencies but also excellent for everyday use. It is extremely versatile since you can use it plain or add almost any leftover vegetables or meat to it. The base whisks into hot water easily without lumps and is ready to eat in a jiffy. Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator as well.
