Been using taking these for 5 days now and my hair feels amazing my nails are stronger cant wait to see if it helps my hair grow. I purchased these pills after reading a blogger comparing this to Hairfinity. This was awhile ago so I'm not sure if the ingredients are still virtually the same anymore, but I absolutely love these. They've definitely helped my hair AND my nails grow fast. I usually buy a year supply at a time because they're so cheap and because I don't trust my local Walmart to keep this gem stocked on a daily basis. The only con is it'll make your pee greenish blue. At least mine did when I first started taking them.

I've been using this pills since 3 weeks ago. This is a great product for strength nails as long as I give birth and I've been loosing lots of hair I was concerned about it. Now I have some improvement on my nails, I have it more stronger, my skin has a beautiful glow and about my hair i think they're working on it and at least it stop from falling now.

Well this is my first time writing a review and I must say that this is a very good product. You have to give it a month or so to get into your system before you start seeing result. Hair is healthier and shiner, nails are longer and stronger and my skin looks good!! Great product and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for healthier skin and nails and hair.
