Axion AXN-8905 - 9" Diagonal Class LCD TV 800 x 480 - portable

I was really looking forward to this and it was just a big disappointment. I unpacked it and turned it in and it looked like it was going to work. It went through the sequence of channels and came up with nothing. I took it outside figuring I might get reception there and the same thing happened, no luck. I connected the antenna and also plugged it in instead of using battery power and nothing helped. I came into the house and plugged it in and tried again and this time I got nothing but a black screen that flickered with a quick white light when the on button was pushed. At that point I packed it back up and found out how to return it to Walmart. The best thing I can say about the experience is how easy Walmart made it for me to return and the fact that I received all my money back, including the shipping and handling which usually doesn't happen from what I have heard. So, I give 5 stars to Walmart on all three ratings, Overall Rating, Value and Meets Expectations. That is for Walmart not the product. I still would like a small TV like this for the patio but am afraid to try any now.

I purchased this TV for power outages & so far have not had to use it for that purpose. The picture quality is great and it gets quite a few channels that come in crystal clear. I just wish the remote would turn the tv on and off. Since I have not had to use during a power outage I don't know exactly how long the battery will last. Other than that I would highly recommend this TV. If we needed a TV in our kitchen this would be the perfect TV.

Decent small screen TV. Good reception with the provided antenna. A bit difficult to set up channels but can do. Serves my needs fine as a small screen next to my computer. Only an inch thick and about ten inches high. Would recommend and price is reasonable.

I had read, no power on/off on remote, to get another one. Got one, on /off works BUT when on AIR (antenna), no up / down on Ch's.. Other than that, perfect picture, very clear and sharp, easy on the eye's for watching out to about 5'.. This one is used in the morning's as wife is getting ready for work and so far, no complaints from the "BOSS" lady on it... We also go camping and nice to know now we have a small TV to go for outside use while camping.. For the money, it's a good deal indeed.. I just wish remote had power on / off on it..

I needed a spare while my main TV was being repaired and this one absolutely fills the bill. It works well with the antenna and great connected to my satellite receiver. Haven't tried it in the car yet but expect it to keep the grandkids occupied on the next road trip.
