Baby Mod - 3" Mini Crib Mattress Pad

I ordered this mattress for my daughter's athena mya mini crib. I was not thrilled with the mattress that came with the bed and this one was not too much better. It did fit okay but it is only an extra few inches deep and is still very lightweight. It is not a bad mattress but I felt like I got a much better deal for the extra ten I spent on the Dream on me spring mattress. For the price, an extra few dollars will get you a much better mattress.

This mattress fits the mini crib perfectly. I put this mattress on top of the mattress pad that came with the mini crib. I think my baby sleeps very comfortably on it. While it isnt the thickest mattress it serves its purpose and is as stated in the description. If it had been any thicker I would not have been able to fit the crib sheet on it. Good buy for the money.

Bought this product to go in my 10-month old granddaughter's Graco pac 'n play. It seemed she was not resting well with the pad that came with the pack 'n play. It is great. She rests so much better and doesn't wake up in the middle of the night when she stays with me. There were a few pads similar to this one that were a few dollars cheaper, but decided the go for this one because I figured you got what you paid for. Great product!

The mattress that came with our crib was only one inch thick and covered with a very noisy, crinkly plastic cover. It was just fine when my granddaughter was little and didn't move very much. As she got older and began moving more, the sound of that original mattress drove me crazy and kept the baby awake. This new three inch mattress is covered in a softer plastic and has more than enough support for her growing body. The crib sheets fit just fine too.

I think that if you are looking for only a pad then this is the right pad for you. I bought this for my baby's crib and found that it was way tooo thin and uncomfortable. It was very lousy and definitely not firm at all. It's not a bad pad really, it's just what I was not looking for. I returned it and actually bought a mattress instead of a pad. If it's a pad you are looking for then this is a great buy for the price but if its something firm, and comfortable, then I think you would rather spend a bit more and get an actual nice mattress.
