Ordered crib over a week ago, when it did arrive to the store, we immediately picked it up. I was so excited to put it together, but when i opened the box, I was crushed. The wood was broken, the box holding the pieces looked as though it was tampered. Returning, but will be reordering it. Hopefully the next one doesn"t arrive like the first one. Overall, the crib looks to hold up to an 18 month old. Super cute!
I love the mini crib. The room it is in is not a large room. I wanted something that did not require a large space. It fits perfectly and is very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Nice rich color. I did purchase a better mattress than the one that came with it.
Baby isn't here yet, but I can tell you we were completely blown away by the sturdiness and quality of this crib and all of the matching pieces! The ONLY minor thing I would've liked to see is matching stained plugs to fit over the holes for the bolts, but for the price you can't complain. It is SOLID wood - no veneer, which means if it gets scratched it can be sanded down and retouched. The quality seems exceptional - ESPECIALLY when you factor in the price!! We still can't get over it! The stain is so beautiful, and everything is so sturdy that we envision our future daughter taking this set off to college with her. It is built to last! DEFINITELY worth every penny!
We were searching for a mini crib that wasn't a portable. The portables seemed too flimsy but we needed something small because we live in a small place. I ordered this crib and found it to be very well built and sturdy. Not impressed with the instructions to put it together though. I also found this same crib at major furniture stores but priced $100.00 more. Great deal and good product.
I am very happy with the appearance of this crib. Have not used yet, baby isn't due for another 6 weeks. The mattress is only about an inch thick and hard. I purchased another mattress to fit and am waiting for that to come in. FYI- Sheets are hard to find in this size!!
