Easy assembly. Instructions understandable, but shelf wasn't too good. The holes for the screws were a little off, but it was workable. It took less than an hour to assemble.

This is a great grill but it arrived with absolutely no hardware. No screws, no bolts, no locking nuts, no nothing. I would of sent it back but it was a holiday weekend and it took two weeks to get delivery (well within their alloted range tho) so I just had to buy screws and bolts for it. I'd recommend it but be prepared that it may be missing pieces.

we love our grill, it took a while to assemble it, but once we did, it has been awesome. Plenty of space for food. We love the collapsible shelf. Two drawbacks: the hull isn't very deep so you can't burn a lot of charcoal at one time; and the warming rack rocks in the lid Otherwise, it is a good grill.

There is no ash catcher and the product looks shodily built. Get the Royal Oak one instead, much better and bigger.
