It wasn't what I thought

I liked the fact that it was a reasonable price and it does work but you have to carry the whole role of cable with you which is ok for some things but I wanted to use it for my electric snow blower and it will be unhandy for that

Expected something good make rolling up my heavy extension cord easier. Quite disappointing is I took it out of the box. I tried using it. It was very difficult to wind up my extension cord easier to do by hand.

black palm rest was not assembled properly, broken upon receipt. i superglued it back together, and it works fine, but shouldn't have to do that with a new product.

I purchased 2 of these items in the store. They were $12 each. I came home and looked them up online, they were $6 each. I ordered 2, when they were delivered, I took the original 2 back to the store. I'm sure they would say the difference was in the shipping...wrong. I ordered a couple of more items and had change in my pocket from the difference????????
