don't buy . you can't return it online. the only option is to return in store. and the sound quality is bad . case is bulky earbuds are big . not for everyone

I work in a metal fab shop and these are amazing for work, connectivity is always great and the battery last most of my work day and the noise cancellation is awesome and protects my ears all day long. Super comfortable fit and they never fall out

I got them and was only able to use them for two days and now they don't work. I can't get them to connect to my phone but the case Work, but the buds don't. And I noticed that the case does not close all the way..

,Sometimes the noise cancellation works too well, to the point where the person on the other end can't hear the entire conversation. Parts of my voice get cut off, especially if there's any background noise

after about 10 minutes the sound start to crackle and skip. guess it is a pretty common issue if you use the noise cancelling or pass through features. waste of money.
