Shape Response Curves and Boost Gain Tailor the FOUR PLAY's VCAs to your needs with the per-channel controls. Attenuators allow you to adjust the strength of the CV input for that VCA. Bi-color LEDs visually indicate CV activity and polarity. Input boost switches provide extra gain for weak input signals. Curve controls let you dial in the ideal CV response curve, from exponential to linear or anywhere in between. Level controls handle VCA gain as well as manual output level adjustment. Cascade VCAs for 4-Channel Mixing Capabilities The cascading VCA architecture enables the FOUR PLAY to function as a 4-channel mixer. With all four outputs connected to the mixed output, just use the per-VCA level controls to blend up to four input signals. The flexibility extends further, with the option to use two sets of cascaded VCAs for dual 2-channel mixing.
