I was so hopeful for this product. Sadly, the taste left me wanting. The cost is awesome and the product has potential for others. Everyone's taste is different. It was a great fiber product. Was hoping for something more tasteful and the pre/probiotics, electrolytes and mineral content was most important to me.

Taste is better than others I have tried. Mixing it up is tricky. Use room temperature water and put it in the fridge or pour over ice. It works well for bloating and regularity.

I've tried all of the flavors. I enjoy a cup in the morning and maybe will start doing a 2nd one when i come home from work. there is so many benefits in one

Good tasting, easy to prepare. I like the way I feel about myself when using this product. As a person who takes both magnesium and potassium for leg cramps I have been able to eliminate those two pills from my daily routine. I have certainly not had any side effects.

I personally really liked this and would continue buying it if it wasn't so expensive for a small amount because it runs out fast. I didn't see a difference physically, but it helped my digestion a lot! The taste is tolerable, it kinda tastes like bubble gum.
