I have sciatica in my lower back and I ordered this skeptical about whether or not I was wasting $$ but lemme tell you....it is AMAZING!! I arrived within 48 hours after ordering and yes I highly recommend it !! You can use it anyway you want, you control how deep of a massage. I used it on my shoulders, neck, and back, so far and I am impressed!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE It!!!! The fact that it has heat is just a little added bonus because the way it kneads, feels like a person massaging me!! I am so excited to have such relief in my muscles, oh and what else is awesome is it switches direction of motion about every so often . It's awesome super excited to have found this!!!

I am a Male, 72, and live alone, with no one to give me the coveted Back and Sholder rub. I have tried several different vibrating and massaging devices and none had compared to this wonderful Belmint Shiatsu Massager with heat. It feels like large hands digging in with thumbs to relieve my tired old muscles. I could not believe how good it felt. It is very powerful and I found that using it on the lower setting and with light to no pressure produced the best results for me. This device will massage as hard as you want or as light as you like. I have used it on my Neck, Shoulders, Back, and, with difficulty, on my Legs. For the low price this is the Best value.

I like this for the fact you put it where you want it and with your hands in the straps you choose the pressure. Some units are painful, if this one gives you pain then use less pressure. You can use it on your neck all the way down to your booty. It's also small enough where I store it on the side of my couch for easy access. I have read reviews that said it's loud, I don't think so, considering it is by your ears, it's very quiet. I can hear the TV just fine while using it.

Super massage action. Just like getting massage. Hits all the right spots. The heat is a plus. I was in such a need that I was sore from use, just like after a table massage. If you carry stress in neck and shoulders you can't go wrong with this purchase.
