Fresh and delicious.. great alone or on salads or cereal.. great low carb choice.

Considering the health benefits from eating pepitas, I was very excited to try Bergin Fruit & Nut Company, Pepitas Roasted and Salted. To my amazement, I was quite disappointed with this brand. They were fresh and crisp, but way too salty for my tastes. I would not purchase this brand again, but I definitely would order Pepitas from another company.

High quality pumpkin seeds which be used as one of the ingredients for your breakfast. I mix it with my salad or just eat it as a snack. It tastes so good . Size is also good enough for a family of three. Package is not ziplock so you need to transfer them to airtight container after opening.

I bought them to sprinkle on salads & I also serve with creamy soups)to help with a more healthy approach to dieting - better than greasy croutons! Problem is they taste too yummy! I keep them in our second fridge in the basement, so I'm not tempted to just munch my way through the entire bag
