SproTown is the blend used for Big Cuppa’s espresso shots. It is a blend of a Brazil and a Guatemala. The Brazil is roasted a tad darker giving this Espresso a thick crema and chocolatey body. The Guatemala adds just the right amount of acidity and floral citrus notes to make this a unique experience for espresso drinkers. Thankfully it makes a great drip as well. Roasted in small batches in Morrilton, AR. Espresso Tasting Notes: Sweet Crema, Brown Sugar, Pecan, Balanced Acidity. Drip Tasting Notes: Baker's Chocolate, Pecan, Cedary, Orange Citrus. For a regular coffee maker, it is recommended to use 1-2 tablespoons (ground) per 6-8 ounces of water.
