I love this product. My roses look full and beautiful! They're now approaching the end of their 6 weeks with the product, it's almost the time to apply the product again. It's been raining, and I started seeing holes on the rose petals. I was wondering if I can use the product every 5 weeks to prevent the holes on the petals?

For several years I used All-In-One Rose & Flower Care liquid concentrate on my roses and azaleas and it seemed to work as stated protecting my flowering plants for up to 6 weeks. Now the product is labeled as a Spray and states effective for two weeks. It is not as easy to apply (need a separate sprayer) and I question the effectiveness. what happened?

YOUR "CUST SERVICE' SAID: "WILL BURN ROOTS OF CLIMBING ROSES"! WHAT??!! NOW I HAVE TO CROUCH DOWN AND DIG THRU THE DIRT AND PICK OUT ANY TINY GRANULES I CAN FIND AND WORRY THAT MY SIX CLIMBING ROSES WILL DIE!! WHY DON'T YOU COME OVER AND DO THIS FOR ME? I DON'T APPRECIATE ALL THIS EXTRA WORK. WHY IS THIS NOT ON YOUR LABELS ANYWHERE!? ALSO NO INFO AT ALL ON THIS WEBSITE. And of course, your reps DIDNT KNOW WHY this happens to climbers. they knew NOTHING about roses OR plants. Just incompetents READING OFF a PAGE. "And everyone here will tell you the same info."-when I asked for a Supervisor, Or SOMEBODY who could tell me WHY?? And WHAT I should do! Again, NOW I HAVE TO PICK THRU SOIL AROUND 6 CLIMBING ROSES FOR YOUR GRANULES BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE ARE TOO INCOMPETENT TO MENTION THIS ON YOUR LABELS. OR ANY THING ABOUT DIFFERENT SIZES OF ROSES.

I've used countless rose disease and insect products over many decades. This is the best one, with the exception of the easier to use and quicker results version, the liquid form of 3-in-1, aka All in one. I used to buy only Scotts brands for their quality and reliability. But these Bayer Advanced Rose & Flower Care products were worth a try when my usual Scotts ones were hard to find or too expensive. I'm glad I tried them; they all seem to work even better than Scotts, which were no-slouch products themselves. But as I say, the liquid form of the All in One seems easier to use and has quicker results. Yeah, I know you have to mix it in a watering can, where this granular one you just spread around the plant. But then the granular has to be raked in, which with shallow-rooted roses can be tricky, and it takes many days to dissolve into the soil. The liquid form is available to the plant right away, and there's no raking. I actually keep both forms on hand, since the liquid isn't always readily available in stores, and I think the best routine entails using the granular occasionally anyway for its long-term dissolving properties. Works for me!

Bayer 3 in 1 is a great product. It is effective in keeping aphids, beetles and other insects from destroying my roses. It does a fairly good job of preventing black spot, although I still have to ick off a few leaves close to the ground due to moisture caused by the sprinkler system. The rose bushes produce healthy flowers. I use the liquid concentrate (diluted, of course) about every 6 weeks during the growing season. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
