BISSELL Pet Stain Formula Kit for Upright Carpet Cleaning, 1033

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older dog that has just started peeing indoors. I have been fighting to make the carpet smell good again. Was doing ok then it got away from me. Used the new machine today with the antibacterial formula and am very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this at the same time I purchased the Proheat 2X Revolution for cleaning up after the new puppies. They all did great cleaning, but I couldn't stand how my carpets smelled after I used the Pet & Stain carpet solution. It was a dank & musty smell. I didn't even want to be in my house, it was so strong! I waited until the carpets were dry & the smell didn't go away. I ended up having to use 2 big boxes of baking soda & leaving on the carpet for 24 hours to get rid of the smell! I will continue to use the pretreat & spot & stain with oxy, but I won't be using the Pet & Stain carpet solution again. I will have to try a different kind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The products were very effective not only on the general high traffic area dirt and the various stains (mostly emesis) my cat had left on the cream colored carpet of the apartment I have been staying at, it also pulled out A LOT of hair and debris that despite repeated vacuuming, was still left in the carpet. The only thing I did not like, and I fully admit that I may not have been using the machine as accurately as I should have, but the carpet was left feeling stiff with residue. I ended up going over it again with just plain water to get this "feel" out of the carpet. Also, I went through the initial fill of the water tank, plus 5 refills to clean a room, (without moving more than a coffee table around), that measures 15 x 12 feet. It seemed a bit excessive and took a lot more time to clean the carpet than I expected it would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough how impressed I am with these products. Having purchased nearly EVERYTHING to clean the 'oops' by my dogs, this product along with the carpet cleaner have proven themselves to be above the rest!
