my husband and i do a lot of camping and this inverter is so incredibly handy. because we use our phones alot for business, even though we are on vacation, this inverter helps with keepong our phones charged because it has a USB plug in. Love this inverter.

I received this product free to review so, I was really excited to try out this 120W Inverter. You can never go wrong with a Stanley product and it would be perfect to power my laptop when I am out and about and running low on battery power. There's just one thing, the socket plug in end of this is too big and will not fit into my lighter. I have tried it in a 2003 Ford Explorer and in a 2005 Scion XA and it would not fit into either one. It will not even go far enough in for the metal connectors to engage. I tried to squeeze them to see if that was why it would go in but that didn't help. It's as if the plastic casing is about a millimeter too big in diameter. I am hoping that this is just because I got a defective one because I have read other reviews on this item and they all say great things about this product. If anyone else has encountered this issue I would like to know about it. This probably would be a great item if it worked. It is compact and I like that the plug in socket folds into the back of the inverter for compact carrying.

This is what I been waiting for, it so simple plug in and drive off and while I'm traveling I always wanted something to charge my wife's tablet, daughter's handheld game and my phone, although it has one plug in outlet it's still great, because once charged they both are quiet! Also I really like the low voltage meter feature for the car battery, which changes color when something is charged and provides protection for all which works wonderful as well.

This Stanley 120W power inverter plugs into your car to allow you to run small electronic devices. You could use it to power a small TV or laptop (for back seat viewing only!). It would surely come in handy during a power outage, although it would not replace a generator for large appliances. You could also use it if you are out in the woods camping, boating or hiking. Or you could use it while tailgating. Just don't let your car battery run down. Be sure to check the wattage on your appliance before attempting to use it with this inverter. The wattage should be printed on the device.
