This phone was exactly as advertised, I was not expecting an out of the box/brand new blackberry. The phone had visible wear and tear on it. Visual scratches that were not horrible but unsightly depending on your specific level of perfectionist. There was a charger with no base, which I didn't care about. Overall the phone was pretty ok.
