good sound for the price I cant complain to much ..if it had mid base and tweeters it would sound like a expensive home theater when set up properly.as for JASON I believe his name is that has the most helpful review ...i know audio very well and I never had to crank mine to blow this Bluetooth sub. the smart people at this company thought that mounting the subwoofer amp/Bluetooth receiver / rear speaker setup inside the sub box directly underneath of the the subwoofer if it is standing up the way its set up to , in a tiny little box that the only vent is the port for the speaker and it is powered by 110 ...i mean your going to do what everyone else did and its going to run get hot and melt the voice coil ..i trashed mine when it did it and ran the wire to a old sub I had laying around in a separate box. the knew it was going to get hot n melt n didn't care mine actually lasted longer I think because I listen to heavy base music the sub vented the heat out more lol...i mean great system though. blow the sub just get a unpowered car sub like me wire it up right to the same wires as old one after u trash it. put it in a separate box n g2g.sucks having 2 boxes though but o well

So for all the people saying the sub blew don't understand audio at all just because a system can go to 50 or whatever doesn't mean that's what you should do yes I get it it's dumb to have it go to that if it won't handle it but it's the same with car stereo systems you turn the stereo up all the way YOU ARE GONNA BLOW YOUR SPEAKERS I've had this system for 2 years yes 2 YEARS and I have all my speakers set to 10DB on all and the sub set to 5 with the sub set to normal-strong (depending on what I'm doing if I'm gaming I don't put it up high cause gunshots can get overwhelming) and I can have the system go up too 15-25 and it be perfect sometimes a bit too loud and I've watched the Star Wars movies on it and anyone who watches those movies know THEY GET LOUD and there's multiple eq settings (Dolby digital, Dolby pl2 music or movie etc) and they all do not sound the same you just don't got good ears obviously or don't know how to set up your system cause I can tell the difference. ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS the middle speaker is the one that mainly does the vocals or speech which is depressing and sometimes it can be quiet but not often is it too quiet and I use this daily non stop it never gets turned off and I have owned Harmon kardon and sennheiser products that have costed me upwards of 1500$ for a sound system and I also produce and make music so I know sound been doing all of this for 15 years. It's called learning how to tune and use a product you guys are beating the absolute bonkers out of your products is why and then complain like it's Walmart's fault when it isn't even their brand like what? XD all in all for the 150 i paid I'm not even mad oh and Bluetooth can be a small issue if you are using your phone and anything his blocking the receiver from view of the device that's connected or you walk out of the sight or room it's in it will cut in and out pretty bad sometimes but I don't expect it to be premium just set your phone on top of the receiver with your music on shuffle or something and there's no issue. So there's my HONEST 100% review take it for what you will.

The unit itself is ok the speakers that come with it could be better. I use it to watch movies with the family. I've only had it maybe 2 months n one night watching a movie I turned the volume up to 35 to see how good it could sound and the Subwoofer blew.

So I purchased a few months ago and managed to get the store to price match online price. I get home and there's a buzzing noise non stop. Disconnected everything and plugged back in same issue. Buzzing sound comes from the receiver. Didn't return as I didn't use it much but after a while it's now annoying. It's not even close to 6 months old and I couldn't find Blackweb support website. I found one but was for a different product and they said they do not make it because Blackweb has different companies that make products under that name. Just unbelievable! I looked for the product guide and it says to go to venturer.com for warranty. I go and guess what? No mention of the home theater. I contacted them and waiting for response. PRODUCT GUIDE says warranty only for 90 days like really? I believe according to law all new items are 1 year warranty in most of the US and in some parts of Europe even longer. The fact it says 90 days is unbelievable, this is not a refurbished or used product. Now I checked here and it looks like support is coming from RCAAV. Very disappointed if in fact RCA put this out under a different name. I need support so I hope they reply to my review because the website is totally different from the email they leave on the replies here.

The first one stopped working within a week of buying it. Mandy at the store helped us exchange it. Loved her service!! We got the second one in Oct. by mid Feb. It quit working. Can't get a hold of customer service since I work nights and am not up during the day. I finally bought a brand I can trust.
