Blast Away the Pounds - Indoor Walk (DVD), Lions Gate, Sports & Fitness

I usually watch Leslie Sansone and I like her much better. There was not much instruction to this as to what was coming up next in the walk. I think her voice is too breathy. It is hard to hear her.

This is a great way to still get a mile in every day (or more) - no matter what the weather or temperature is outside. Denise makes it fun, she is a great motivator, I enjoy her exercise DVD's.

This dvd was a little easier than I expected, but it did offer a great walking workout, especially when you exercise to the whole dvd at once. This was my first walking dvd and found that it is a nice change of pace to other aerobic workouts I do. This is great for those days you want a low impact workout.

Gives you a workout in 15 minutes. Great if you like to walk but the summer heat gets the best of you. Do it in your home. Don't have time to exercise this DVD gives you 3 work outs to choose from which only take 15 minutes of your time each
