Perfect to enjoy without guilt and feel good while you treat yourself, perfect if you want something diferent the packaging is beautiful and so sweet and the smell is delicius and Makes your mouth water

It has a nice light fizz enough to feel refreshing without being overly carbonated with clean fruit flavor but not too sweet. I don't know it will help my gut or not, but it did not make my stomach feel bloated or gas.

The Shirley Temple flavor is light and well balanced with the amount of “fizz”. I noticed after consistently drinking I was less bloated.
