For Food Safety and Quality, Follow These Cooking Instructions Microwave Oven: 1. Remove bowl from carton. 2. Peel back corner or cut a small slit in film to vent. 3. Microwave on High power for 2 - 3 1/2 minutes. 4. Carefully remove from microwave, remove film and stir potatoes. 5. Allow product to stand 1-2 minutes prior to serving. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove bowl from carton. Peel back corner or cut a small slit in film to vent. 3. Place bowl on baking sheet in center of oven. 4. Cook in oven for 20-30 minutes. 5. Carefully remove from oven, remove film and allow to stand 2 minutes prior to serving. Do not use in toaster oven. Do not reuse bowl. Keep frozen until ready to use.
