I tried for a half hour to figure out how to install them. The instructions were graphical and cryptic. I could not find an installation video on line for the Steel Tech line. I had my son try it to and he gave up. He had installed the ICON line on his car and they are radically different in design. I have been replacing wipers for over 40 years and have never seen such a convoluted attachment method. I am going to return them and try something else. The ANCOs I have only take 10 seconds to remove and install.

Contrary to previous reviews, these blades are simple and easy to install. Just snap them onto the standard "J" hook present on most cars. Took 10 seconds each side. The only delay I experienced was figuring out how to remove the old no-name blades that had been installed by somebody else. If your car uses a different type of mounting, you may need to carefully consider the instructions which are, admittedly, a little skimpy. But if you are that clumsy, have someone else do your install. I chose this brand because they were a step up from the least expensive at Wal-Mart ($1.00 more) but were significantly less than the exotic brands which I think are gimmicky. It is more important to replace wiper blades more frequently every year or two than spending money to go fancy. I am hedging by rating them 4 stars for now since I have not had them out in the rain yet and certainly will have no experience concerning their longevity until a couple years from now. The last ones disintegrated suddenly during a downpour of Biblical proportions.

These snapped right onto my car without any problem in the parking lot - took about 10 seconds for each side. They seemed to be doing a good job keeping the glass clear of the sprinkles as I drove home. I also cleaned my glass inside and out with Rainex spray (about 2.00 for the bottle) and wiped clean with a microfiber towel (2 for about 2.50) all right there in automotive at my local Wally World.
