Small foot print and easy to use at any time.
They asked for the review. Very disappointed that it doesn't work. And if you read Reddit it's a well known issue. I have the dumbbells and love them. But shame on Bowflex for market this product with no field support.
Overall an excellent product and great if you want an alternative to dumbbells and cannot fit an entire barbell with free weights. Pretty easy to set up and easy to adjust once everything is set up. I bought the weight extender/addon and the kettlebell from Bowles and love all 3.

Recommend that you read directions thoroughly and reread them lol. Might take a few times to set up before getting right when comes to the base end shrouds
Over the last 30 years I have been very active in the Gym. 5 days a week automatic. Unfortunately now a days the gym is packed with youngsters. Because of this I've set up shop in my garage. After reviewing every product from every company I decided to go with BOWFLEX. Specially the SelectTech Dumbbells and SelectTech Curl bars. Best decision ever. I love them. They are well made and get the job done. Recommend
