BPI Sports Best BCAA, Fruit Punch, 1.32 lbs (600 g)

The bad.... have to use a mixer or its clumpy, very strong sweet flavor / bitter aftertaste, have to slam it down fast!! Then gulp down more water afterwards. The good... hands down found it very good for recovery, not sore or stiff next day after a p90x session.

Shipping took longer then expected, updated shipping and packing information wasn't given until I reached out then was told it was UPS fault. The flavor does not match others products of the same flavor we have tried. Gritty and doesn't fully mix in with water. Gives the longer workout endurance, which is a plus.

Works wonders! Have been getting some great workouts in again once I started using BPI products. Keeps me focused and energized to keep lifting heavy things up!! Can'Äôt beat the fantastic flavors!!

The flavor is too sweet. It tastes like snow cone syrup just the syrup . The only reason I bought it was because it'Äôs caffiene free as I cannot have caffiene. I would have continued to buy in different flavors if it would actually mix entirely ! But it doesn'Äôt it leaves so much residue and tastes like I'Äôm drinking sand . First bcaa I'Äôve tried that would dissolve all the way. Disappointed :(

My recovery is worse after using BPI, at least with the other brands I've used in the past I wake up refreshed, energized, and not sore which helps me get into my next workout/train. Recovery is just as important, and I found I feel beaten up, sore, not present, not sharp and really groggy since starting BPI. I strongly suggest not taking their supplements.
