Brach's Maple Nut Goodies, 14 oz.

I will attest to what others are saying; these are not the same. The "new formula" is awful. I bought a bag and like others bought another at another store just to discover they where awful as well. The center is now rock hard like a Jolly Rancher or something. Unless you really love your dentist do yourself and your wallet a favor and don't buy these you will throw them away!

I've been eating Maple Nut Goodies for years, one of my favorite candies but they've changed. The outside coating now rubs off in your hand which they never did before & now the toffee is like trying to chew rocks. Seriously, you'll break your teeth. It's too bad that I can't enjoy these anymore.

Maple Nut Goodies are the only candy I used to buy regularly -- I've loved them for years. When we travelled the country, I always looked for them everywhere we stopped. But now, the texture has changed (WHY???) and I don't like them at all.

Bought a bag today!! They are horrible so hard there is no way you can bite them!! Could most likely break a window out with them!!! What the heck has happened??? I'm taking them back!!

I don't know if the issue is from Brach's or a WalMart storage/transport issue, but these are not the candy of the past. The center is rock hard - I nearly broke a tooth. Even our sharpest German engineered knife could not cut through these things. I have kept these around for years. No more.
