I have been wearing these boots for 5 years now. They are the only ones that have stood up to all the different types of work I have done. They have always been comfortable, and the only thing I wear that my feet don't hurt in. I cannot believe they are gone.
I have worn these boots for years. These are not only the best work boot I've ever found, they are the ONLY boot in the extra wide width, which is all I can wear. Now Walmart has discontinued them, like they have so many of the products I have been buying from them for years. I went to buy 2 more pair today, nothing on the shelf! Google it and found this page saying they are no longer available. What's this world coming to?
"JUNK" They have changed the boot since I last bought them a year or two ago. They use to fit, and wear great. I would have bought them for the rest of my earthly life. I even would spend as much as $200.00 for work boots, but these were the best boot for the money!!! Not any more!!! Hope they realize what they did and go back to the old design.
They are comfortable boots, and look ok as far as style goes for me. My complaint is simple they did not hold up, I bought them at the end of July 2012, and by the first of September 2012 they were falling apart at the seams. I see that they have a warranty that states "Satisfaction Guaranteed". I do work in conditions that may be considered extreme by some as I drive trucks and work around very wet conditions a lot of the time so I understand that my boots will not last as long as others will, but 5-6 weeks is not long enough in my mind to be realistic.
Minor wear. Not worn much. Used for snow blowing mostly. Soles have a glue failure. Will take to store tomorrow, but WEB site says there is no warranty. <?????> I'm used to getting 10 or 15 years out of more expensive boots. (If I needed to get new ones every year THESE would cost more than the best I ever had.)
