I have owned the razor or 2.5 years. It is great for shaving, holds a charge well, but has a similar quality issue to prior generations. The start/stop button has now broken, just much faster than my prior trimmer that was 10+ years old. This is with taking good care of the unit, only traveling with it in its case, etc. I'm hoping Braun works to improve this design on future generations, as it seems worse than ever. I have not contacted Braun on this since it is technically now out of warranty by a half year, but is obviously a manufacturing issue for an incredibly nice razor otherwise.
