[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, it hurts. It takes a few minutes to get past the initial shock. But its not as bad the farther you go for your legs at least. I did have to change directions a few times. I used the gentle speed until I can get more uses in. If you can handle waxing you should have no problem with this. It's gentler on the skin. On my face it didn't hurt much because I am used to it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a different form of hair removal. I had no skin reaction and almost no redness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this epilator for my arms and legs but I found it to be too painful on longer/ hair areas. I think a numbing cream would be great to add for those people like me who have coarse hair. I would love to use in my underarms and bikini area.

On first use, my skin was a bit sensitive but it calmed down quickly and now I've grown used to it. This effectively removes hair and leaves my skin soft and smooth - I also love the face washing brush!

The fact that I can can save hundreds o with this device versus waxing makes it worth the investment! Exfoliate before and after and as a fair blonde I had minimal bumps.
