The CanDo Hand Exercise Web is a hand-strengthener designed to help users improve mobility and function in the fingers, hands, wrists and forearms. Use the finger web to perform flexion, extension, opposition, supination, abduction, adduction and pronation exercises comfortably and effectively. Regular and therapeutic use can help strengthen muscles and reduce pain in these areas, as well as improve flexibility, dexterity, range of motion and grip strength. This exerciser is ideal for post-surgery recovery, targeted injury rehabilitation, exercise training and to improve conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis. You can use this tool to warm up before exercise and stretch after activity for enhanced mobility in the short and long term. Use hand exercise webs with one hand or two for preventative measures, such as before and after playing golf, musical instruments or video games, and after repetitive keyboard use. Our CanDo Hand Exercise Webs are available in six color-coded resistance levels for truly progressive treatments. You can easily modify the resistance by adjusting the position of your hand(s) and the depth of finger insertion. Move to a different color to increase or decrease resistance more notably. Resistance levels range from xx-light (tan) to x-heavy (black). Choose from two sizes: a standard 14" diameter or a smaller 7" diameter, which is ideal for traveling. Multi-resistance webs are also available in 14", providing you with the convenience of two-in-one treatment. Purchase hand webs individually or as a complete set.
