I was gifted this product and im glad i was. Ive used cantu products in the past and it didnt work as good i the past . My hair stayed molded for three hours after applying it. Loved it! I also really like the size of the container. Its the perfect size for my purse.I would recommend this product to a friend.

This gel did not work great on my hair, I tried it on dry and wet hair styles, and it was the same result. After some minutes you could see all the baby hairs staring to curl up. It goes on smooth, but it doesn't hold. It doesn't feel greasy, nor does it make my hair greasy, just enough shine and it is flexible, it does not hold. I also used it on my child's hair with the same results. I have type 2C curls and my child has 3C.

However, it did not hold my curls in the very hot Caribbean humidity which would have been the main purpose for me. On the bright side, it does not form the white case as comparable brands.
