I have been using C4 for years and more recently C4 Ripped! C4 gives you the right energy boost to push through my workouts. In addition, I was diagnosed with a blood cancer a few years ago and have seen C4 give me significantly better blood work when I go to the doctor. I do not know what I would have done without this product! He has helped me with my workouts and with my cancer! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great pre workout supplement!
I use a pre-work out powder daily and cycle between C4 and C4 Ripped. I like both. I find the powder mixes well and the flavors are better than most. I prefer watermelon and cherry limeade. Both give me a bit of a tingle, but not any jitters. I've tried many others, but always come back to these two.
I use this pre workout a couple times a week. It works that's for sure. It does make me itchy and tingly so I've learned that I need to drink it right as I get into the gym and hop on the treadmill to run it off. The thing that has bothered me is the product clump up even when I keep it in a cabinet in my kitchen tightly sealed. In the past I kept it in my car so I figured it was the heat, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It makes me nervous that bacteria or something could be developing in there if the powder is clumping. I've never used another pre workout I'm not sure if this happens very often.
I'm a 52 year old male. I recently lost 100lbs over the past year. Started incorporating your products on my work out days and all I can say is that I'm very impressed. Even on my cardio days, I'm able now to push a little harder, 1 hour biking and at least 30 minutes on the eliptical and I burn over 1250 calories then some weight training to tone up what I have lost. Incredible. Just don't drink coffee on the same day or limit your caffeine on the days when I use Ripped to avoid a little jittery.
