I will be honest with you, this product is expensive. And to top it off I didn't know if it was going to work. I was taking it twice, every morning before my work out and at night before bedtime. I thought I was just getting stronger because I have been working out but then I stopped taking it for two days. After the second day of not taking it I noticed a difference. I felt weaker than before, also my mood and motivation wasn't quite there as before. I then started taking them once again, and realized that it was the P6 that had made me stronger and improved my mood.
