They are from a trusted brand. I was very excited they were natural ingredients and no melatonin in them. They are easy to swallow and a good size. So far, I have been sleeping well and not waking up in the early morning hours. The night sweats have been very mild right now. I will be seeking these out when I run out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The first time I used it, I noted my observations. I have insomnia so this was perfect to try out. The first thing I felt was the absence of a heat episode. My neck didn't sweat and my skin felt cool. Second, I didn't feel sleepy but the feeling of tiredness was gone, I just needed to adjust a bit. The second night however, was better. I drifted to sleep quicker than my previous one and I was able to adjust to my room's temperature, allowing me to lessen the tossing and the turning. I shall observe more of its effectiveness and hopefully could give updates.
