Challenge Butter Unsalted Butter, 16 oz, 4 Sticks

THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ITEM. (CHURNED BUTTER INSTEAD OF UNSALTED BUTTER!!!

I use Challenge unsalted butter for baking. I like controlling the amount of salt in the recipes, especially frosting. The swiss buttercream is so smooth and tasty and pipes beautifully. I also like the fact that there seems to be less water in the butter and that helps cookies keep their shape and not run thin as they bake.

Growing up my parents always used challenge butter, now married with kids I purchase challenge butter and my married child also purchases challenge butter. Now it will be my granddaughter who is only 6 months old to have it in her parents refrigerator. Also my mom is now in her 90's and still using challenge butter!

I buy Challenge Unsalted Butter because it has never let me down. I do a fair amount of baking, and I take pride in my work. I may take an occasional shortcut, but not where butter versus margarine is concerned. I'll take Challenge Unsalted Butter over a substitute any day!

I purchased several Unsalted Challenge Butter from my local grocery store. I was purchasing margarine but the contents become bad for you. My hubby suggested real butter and the taste is delicious. When added to my recipes it really adds some great flavor to the meal. I will not use any other brand and will recommend product to all my friends and family members.
