Why oh WHY did you change the lids on the large bottles? It was so easy to open before. Now, Not only did they put on tiny little caps, but they cover them with impossible to open plastic that just clings to the sides. You need a razor blade to get the plastic off. Now it literally takes me 17 minutes to get the lid off. The old black lids were so much nicer and easier to open. You just hit the lid with a knife and you're done. Also the skinny white lids just look cheaper. I can't tell you how much I hate the new lids. And I've been drinking this every day for the last five years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this and failed to read the "concentrate" on the front and center of the container so had a bit of shock at first drink, LOL! But, the good news is it lasts longer and tastes amazing. I like to add a little sweet cream to it over ice and it's a really yummy and eye-opening afternoon snack when you need something sweet. It's also good in the am without the sweet stuff when you just need some help waking up. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this because I love making cold brew at home. When I first tasted the coffee i was pleasantly surprised. The coffee is bold and a little goes a long way. I usually add ice, cold brew, some water and vanilla creamer. I definitely had to add not that much concentrate since it was strong. However, the taste isn't bitter. It's rather a nutty flavor. I like it. I would recommend to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is pretty good cold brew, you don't need a lot for it to pack a punch. I would fill my cup half full maybe even a quarter full and have enough caffeine to last through the day. The taste is standard for black coffee concentrate. I drink mine black and it wasn't too harsh or weak, but that also depends on how much water you mix in. The box is also pretty nice and I like the caffeine readings on the back to tell you how you will feel after drinking. I recommend.
