My baby enjoys using this cup. The handles make it easy for her to grip, and she can drink easily from the spout. I like how easy it is to assemble and disassemble and clean. I have noticed that sometimes she sucks all of the air out of the cup which makes the rubber spout sink in, but that could be user error. Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for sending me these cups!
I got a chance to try these cups as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. I have twins (6 months adjusted age) and couldn't get either of them to drink from this cup. It may be that they're still a little young for transition cups, though my daughter was able to drink a little out of the Rim Trainer Cup, so perhaps it's simply a preference issue. That being said, the cup had a lot of great features: 1. Did not leak, even when turned upside down 2. Liked that materials were BPA free 3. Minimal number of (dishwasher safe) parts to wash The age recommendation on this cup is 4 months, which seems a little too young. I'm giving 3 stars because the product simply did not work for my babies.
I really like this transition cup, it made he move from the bottle to a sippy cup very easy. I really like the design of the cups, the handles are easy for my son to grab and hold. Very few pieces to clean, the only drawback is the lid can leak if my son pulls to hard on the spout while drinking. The cups and lids are interchangeable, overall I really enjoyed this cup. Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for sending me these cups!
I was given the opportunity to try this cup from the WeeSpring Parent Panel. I am so thankful for this cup! I have tried other transition sippy cups with no luck. Every time I would hand my 7 month old son a cup with water in it, he would look at me funny. He never could get the hang of drinking from other cups. Then along came this cup and my son drank from it the very first time I gave it to him! He was able to grab ahold of it and drink from it on his own from the start. It is comfortable for his small hands. The spout is very soft, which made it enjoyable for him to drink from I believe. I should note that he is breastfed and has never had a bottle, so the shape and softness of the spout played a big role for him. I take it along with us when we go too and have never had trouble with it leaking. My favorite part about it is how easy it is to clean. It comes apart into a couple pieces that are easy to put back together also. The spout portion is one piece, so not a bunch of valves to have to scrub and let dry before reassembly! Cleaning simplicity gives this cup a huge bump up for me! We love this cup and will definitely recommend it to others!
I received these cups as a gift from the weeSpring Parent Panel. I was happy to receive them. My son is 8 months and he was intrigued at these cups. He needed some help to tip it back, but it's a good transition cup. Once I moved his hands to the handles, he liked them a lot. He likes to hold his bottles, so being able to hold his cup up is a plus. The lid is nice in case you need to mix formula in there, just make sure it's secure before you mix. Also nice to travel with. Cleaning was straightforward and you can remove the handles if you want! Overall I really like the cup and it's something I will continue to use with my son until he transitions to a real cup!
