I was nervous about getting a multi needle machine and to trust a newer company...well let's just say I'm so glad I did!!!! I have been so impressed with customer service from the start! The customer service on the FB group is AMAZING!! they are not only knowledgeable but so happy to help!! they are so attentive!! I LOVE this machine! I'm still learning but they are always there to help with any question!! I'm so glad I'm on this train!! "I've had my Smartstitch 1501 for almost three weeks now. The level of customer service has been excellent. Rich, the technician, was the one they assigned to me. He is very good. When I bought the machine, I made the one assumption that it was already correctly threaded. Avoid making that error. Things move during shipment, so I had to rethread five of the fifteen needles. A handbook is included with the container. Inside, though, it's all black and white. We had to pay $78 to print a color page since we needed to learn about the equipment in color. The machine creates amazing embroidery They produce amazing hoops, and the detail is excellent. Ricoma informed me that I would be sorry for my choice, that I would receive no assistance, and that I would be on my own. Untrue. EVERYTHING SMART STITCH TOLD ME THEY WOULD DO IS DONE. Both the machine and the service are excellent.

I was hesitant to purchase a multi-needle machine and to put my confidence in a relatively new firm, but I'm so happy I did! From the beginning, the customer service has greatly pleased me! The Facebook group's customer support is fantastic! Not only are they well-informed, but they are also eager to assist! They pay so close attention! I adore this Machine! I was looking for an embroidery machine and joined a group on FB to see how the other users think about it. Under consideration, I have purchased and used Smartstitch S1501 embroidery machine for some time. After many uses, I have been able to fully master the use of this machine.I just feel it definitely worth it, love it!

I upgraded from a machine with one needle to the S1501 with fifteen needles! I admit that I was a little scared at first! I established a support staff right away by implementing everyone's advice, and I also discovered a wealth of material on the Smartstitch Facebook group. Rich and Jake have been fantastic! When I needed further assistance, they even gave me a facetime! This is my very first formal creation using embroidery! Eager to find out more!
