I love how you can cut your own hair. It is so easy to use. Just plug it and get a charge and then decide what blade to use (1, 2, 3, or 4) and attach. Then turn it on and start cutting.

I ordered this item and received it within 24hrs when originally it was said to arrive in a few days. Im sure geography had a lot to do with that. Thank you for the quick delivery because if I have to go another 24 hrs with my hair the way it looks, Im going to scream. I hope to provide a product review in the near future. I expect it to be as good as advertised. As I wrote in the order, I wanted something simple and cordless. The cost was average but I didnt mind the extra cost because at the time I thought I was buying directly from Walmart.com. After receiving the item I noticed that the item was ordered through a third party distributor who evidently made my purchase complete through Amazon. An overnight on my part but I didnt mind this because I got the item much quicker than expected and what little extra money I spent on this item went to another person that needs money too which is money well spent. At the literal end of this 24 hr day everyone is happy with this transition.

I first bought this about a year ago. It was easy to use especially with shorter hair. After several uses it failed to hold a charge. I contacted the company and they replaced it and so far it has worked well.

It was ordered thru Walmart and shipped thru Amazon. Amazon price was $16.00 cheaper. How does that work?

I would have given it 5 stars but the hair that is cut goes to the ground and you will have to sweep it up. After reading the instructions and charging the needed 16 hours. I was ready to cut my hair, it says to run the machine up and down to cut, this does not work well, I found that you have to cut in a circular motion and turn it off to remove the hair that is inside the unit. It does a nice job cutting hair, it comes with the charger, brush, clippers, oil for cutting blades, two cutting height attachments that you have to make sure the lock down button is not in lock mode to attach. When charging the green light does not come on if fully charged, I had left on charger for over 20 hours and still the red charging light stayed on, so be aware of that. Light weight, hand did not get tired holding while cutting. To get an even better cut, it is advised to have a 2nd person do the trimming of the back of your neck. I used my electric shaver to shave the back of my neck and that was fine for me.
