There are 54 pencils in the box but only 9 colors! 6 times 9 colors are repeated. What a waist of money

when I bought it I thought it was 54 different colors. I was disappointed. Besides the top is cardboard.

No, I thought the tray had a lid, it doesn't. I thought it was 54 different colors, it's not. It's 6 pencils of only 9 different colors. I bought for my anti stress coloring books and thought I was getting 54 colors in a closeable container.
