Cremo Astonishingly Superior Styling Mint Blend Beard Balm, 2 oz

I'm still learning how to use this balm but I like the idea

I wish the smell was more prevalent and lasted longer.

The scent isn't VERY fresh; spearmint, citrus and a very slight lavender scent. I much prefer the sweeter scent of spearmint over peppermint. The beeswax stays on the beard and helps add weight to control unruly hairs, but not to any great degree. The essential oils help soften the beard, but again, not to a great degree. Now, I've got a grizzly, gray and overly dry beard, so I've not found anything that's 100% in softening, and so I select products that offer the best scent.

What a great product. As my beard grows in length during the winter, I like to make sure I am avoiding the Duck Dynasty look, and this product is just what I needed. I use both, the balm and oil, and appreciate knowing I am also protecting my skin under the beard. Only drawback is constantly wiping the screen on my phone because of beard residue. That is an easy hurdle to overcome, though. Seriously...this product is amazing, and smells great, too!

Not a fan of the scent. For some unknown reason the product totally broke down the plastic bristles and the plastic handles in the beard combs I used. With first comb I didn't believe it was the cremo. Just thought comb was too old and threw it out. It literally just started falling apart. I bought a new comb and within a couple of weeks the exact same thing happened. The comb/brush just fell apart. Obviously if it can make plastic just fall apart, I am not concerned using it on my face.
