Danby 8 Place Setting Dishwasher

I have had this dishwasher for months and it has worked perfectly! I only had to purchase an adaptor for the faucet and it was up and running. I love how the top rack has two heights and these things that clip on to keep small light cups from flipping around. The lower rack has the back two plate holder things that fold down, very convenient! The silverware holder has these things that clip to the top and i had no idea what they were until my daughters friend came over and told me. THEY SEPERATE EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM! That is so nifty. I have had new regular sized dishwashers that never had these amendities. It is heavy to push but that is ok because that just means stability. Lol too. It is a perfect fit between my stove and work station. That was not planned at all.

We have a small kitchen and did not want to remodel, so we were hopeful this dishwasher would be a winner. It does an excellent job cleaning the dishes, runs quietly when it's on, and is easy to connect to the faucet. We could not be happier with our appliance. It holds a lot of dishes. With two in our home, we sometimes don't need to run it every day. Very happy consumer.

I took pictures of the shipment when FedEx delivered it. Horrible. I just got help unboxing it today. The inside of the door is dented. Saw that first hand. Got it to the kitchen in good lighting and found that the inside of it was totally wet. Smells like dirty feet. Also, the door on the outside is dented and rusty. I am so disgusted. AS soon as I find help to return it to Walmart, it's gonna be on it's way. Do not order this. I wanted to give Walmart the benefit of the doubt but this is horrible.

After receiving and returning two broken dishwashers, same brand (both damaged beyond use or repair and obvious from the condition of the box) from another store it was with much trepidation that I tried again from Walmart. Glad I did! This one arrived in perfect condition, early, and has been meeting all expectations. Dishes are clean, set up was easy, and it is remarkably quiet when running. Of course we haven't had it very long but so far its been very good! Next time I'll try Walmart first!

I got it early. Looks fine. The manual was wet and stuck together so I had to get the manual on the net. Manual needs lots of work. Does not tell how long each timer lasts. It did finally worked just fine after I got the manual online. It has a spot for rinse cleaner that opens on rinse and the soap opens right on time. Dishes are clean. Now I have an old Danby counter top washer for sale. HAR! had it for 14 years so I think it only as about a few months left in it. HAR!
