Darth Vader Deluxe Reflective Child Halloween Costume

My son loved the costume, but the helmet was pretty much unusable for any length of time. There was no padding what-so-ever and it was quite uncomfortable. I also didn't notice it being reflective at all. On the other hand, my son still loved it and he still looked like Darth Vader even without the mask. It's hard to say whether it runs big or small or is true to size since I bought another size 6 (Captain Rex) and that one was small...probably more of a size 4. It's an okay value at $20.

I received this in a matter of days. I was pleased with the costume. For the price it was well worth it. My 6yr old grandson loves it and he looked great!

I had to order this Halloween costume online due to the fact that the store did not have my son's size. Upon opening the order, I discovered that the product had a large rip at the seam. Unfortunately, it is now so close to Halloween that there is not time to return the product. I am NOT AT ALL happy about this. I will be including a picture that shows part of the hole. Behind the hole, you will see the cardboard the costume came packed in. My son has yet to even try this on. Now, we are having to make other arrangements at the last minute in order to work around this very noticeable rip.

It is a nice looking costume but the mask around the eyes is very sharp. My grandson who is 7 would not wear the mask. I had to go to the local party store and buy him a new one to wear with the outfit. I could not return the costume as he was so excited when I took it to him that he threw the bag away before I told him I'd take it back, so it ended up costing an additional 4.99.

I had seen the same costume in many costume catalogs (for a LOT more) so I was skeptical that the Walmart one was the same. But it was actually the EXACT SAME costume. My son loves it. The fit as stated in other reviews is on the small size, my son normally wears a size 6 but I purchased a size 8 and it fits him, with one layer underneath for warmth. I could not be happier with this purchase and once again Walmart saved me $$!!!
