Normally this is a very good product. This particular package the meat was dried out. Had to throw it out. It smelled bad. It should have been removed from the deli case and thrown out.

Got this in my pick up and it's completely rotten. It can take anyone with a pair of eyes to realize this meat is bad.. this never should have been left on the shelf. Let alone put in someone's pick up

I used this to make a nice sandwich for the beach and it was decent for a box store fix of prosciutto. The cut and flavor were noticeably different from the good specialty stuff. If serving for a classy time like a homemade beach sandwich, it will do. They offer a generous amount of prosciutto for the price point.

This is the perfect product for charcuterie boards, and for summer get together. I love that the packaging is resealable and that there are new nitrates or nitrates added, which is awesome. There is a long expiration date so it's not close to expiring which is great and you get a decent amount for the price.

Have been craving some prosciutto and I was excited that I could find something while shopping today! The meat was perfect and paired amazingly with some watermelon. With no nitrates added I felt comfortable giving my kids a few slices with the watermelon.
