It seems to be very good so far. Had one Win 8 problem and had to employ a Geek to get me back on line. I am not sure just what got mixed up. A bit disappointed with the lack of a "system restore" disc and manual or reference to same as a file I can access???

I'm a college freshman and purchased this laptop mainly for school-related use. It's nice. It is heavy and can be tiring to carry around campus. I had some technical issues when I played apps like Netflix, but got those fixed through Dell. Hopefully, they don't re-occur. The touchscreen makes navigating through the computer a whole lot easier. I love my laptop, and other than it's weight (which I was aware of before I bought it) it's perfect!

I wanted a touchscreen laptop for my daughter to play her computer games easier and this has been a good purchase. Sometimes the screen all of a sudden becomes really big when she uses it, but other than that we haven't had any problems. I only use the internet for surfing the web, e-mail, facebook, and other basic items and haven't had any problems. I didn't really like the internet when I clicked on it from the homepage, but once I clicked on the internet from the desktop it worked better. Overall a good product for the price if you are not looking for anything too fancy but want a good, fast, touchscreen computer.

I am use to using windows 7 and my new Dell with windows 8.1 is very difficult for me to get use to. I don't think it's a bad laptop it's just hard for me to learn how to use it. I'm thinking about going back to my old Dell windows 7 laptop.

The laptop is a good, well performing unit. The touch screen feature works well. What is bothering is the email registration requirement of Windows 8.1
