The soap function has never worked. I threw away the packaging so there is no opportunity to replace. Also, could not find the manufacturer online to contact regarding the defective merchandise. Pay close attention to the negative comments...unlike me. This product is a great idea that's poorly executed.
Very, very poor controls. Takes many tries to shut water on/off or get soap to mix. The lid for the detergent container is a small flap held in place by friction, and guess what? That's right, the slippery detergent makes it pop open and leaks no matter what you do.
I have been looking to uppdate my carwash spray gun and this is by far the best I have found. works great.
Works good just wish trigger didn't stick as much.
