It takes a while for prebiotics to start working and impact your digestive system. From what I experienced, this is a good product and it did help me in comparison to others I have tried before. Even though I do not have any issues with my digestive system I didn't notice the Improvement. The gummies are not as sweet I will support it, they are actually little tart. There seems to be little crystals of sugar coating them so they do not stick together. They are very easy to chew and enjoy. I have been taking a couple in the evening and my spouse in the morning. Both of us are very happy with the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this prebiotic/probiotic combination! I'm pregnant, and with permission from my obstetrician, I started to take this supplement recently. Pregnancy is pretty uncomfortable for me for a variety of reasons, but since taking this I feel a little less uncomfortable. Let's just say it keeps the trains running on time!! Pregnancy tends to slow down all aspects of my digestion and this probiotic/prebiotic has helped immensely. I'm a fan! One piece of negative feedback I do have is that the tablet is kind of a weird shape/size/texture and sometimes it takes a few tries for me to swallow it. I don't usually have problems with swallowing medicine, but this one is tricky for me. It could use a smoother coating, I'm sure that would alleviate the problem. I would not stop taking it though, the results I get are worth it! I would totally recommend this to others, but if you're pregnant make sure you talk to your doctor first!

I do feel it has helped me with my digestive system and helped become more regular. I do wish it had more of the good bacteria but overall not a bad choice.

However, my children did not like the taste of these gummies not one bit. We havr troed other vitamins in the past and these are the first they have not liked. I'm thinking maybe it was the texture. It was a bummer because the benefits from taking these are fantastic. In the future, I would not buy these.

He really liked the product, while I thought there was a bit of an after taste. He did not taste it though, so it could just be my taste buds. With that being said, I do really like the effects of the product. I find that it is really helping my gut and I would purchase the product again.
