Dirt Devil Dd Broom Vac, Black

I love that I can do a quick sweep with this product. Makes picking up dog hair a breeze. I wish that I could squeeze into those tight corners, tho. But it's worth every penny. It even picks up dog kibble and cheereos. Works great on my tile and laminate floor.

It's bizarre how I just received this request to comment on this product while I was in the process of packaging it back up to return! I was hopeful when I ordered it that it would perform as a broom only suck up the debris as it moves along. That's not the case. You basically have to sweep up the debris into a pile and then hold the unit over the debris until it sucks it up. Just not what I expected. Plus the main piece at the bottom is very heavy, not light weight like a broom would be.

This product seems to do the job. It picks up dust bunnies and pet fur nicely. It doesn't seem able to vacuum up pet food droppings. It is a little heavier than I expected. The booklet (more like a pamphlet0 that comes with the appliance doesn't offer much information on using the product. I'm still working on technique. The broom was on sale for half-price so I bought it. I'm pleased. A relative told me about it.

Good looking - does what it supoosed to do - I have two dogs that track in all day long and this is great for picking up bits, pieces, and puppy dust! The only drawback is that it's very loud - but maybe that's the powerful motor. Not good for rugs or carpets!

I bought this vacuum with high hopes that it would be convenient and easy to clean up dog hair and other debris. Unfortunately, after two uses it now sits in the corner and I wish I could get my money back. It is very weak and heavy and I have now gone back to the old hand broom and dustpan.
