[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My two young boys enjoyed making a huge mess with this kit - I highly suggest you do it all outdoors! The volcano was the easiest activity. The gemstone dig was more difficult and they needed some help. The slime didn't turn out but I don't know if it was user error or the recipe. Either way, the kids had fun and I'll buy more of these kits in the future.

They also loved making slime and excavating the gemstones which were very pretty. Everything was included except the vinegar and water. What a fun and educational kit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This science kit has three different experiments, and at its price, good value for what you get. There's slime, digging for gems and a volcano. Most everything you need is in the box which is appreciated, but some household supplies will make this better. My daughter already makes lots of slime, but she said this slime kit was a good one. The gems experiment led to a lot of nice-looking rocks to collect, but she did find it a little difficult to dislodge. I appreciated that the volcano could be used over and over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Kids Science Ultimate Experiment Kit a few weeks ago. It has most of the stuff you need for 3 types of experiments. Slime, digging for gems, and a volcano. You will have to use a few household items but most of what you need is in the box. My little girl is 6 years old, and she has had so much fun with this so far. The slime activity was a lot of fun for her. Plus she learned how something can be a liquid and a solid at the same time. The rock experiment was a lot of fun for her to. It took her a while but she had a lot of fun digging for those gems. She has not done the volcano yet, I will update the review after she does it, but I know she will love it. They have a premise plastic volcano in the kit so all you have to do is pour in the ingredients. It could definitely be used more than once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls really like this kit. I like the different choices it had so each kid had the chance to be the scientist and have helpers. What I didn't like nor expected but definitely should have was it's so messy. You definitely need to protect whatever you are experimenting on. The slime ohhh the slime again it was everything my kids wanted it to be. The sticky slime will fool you. It looks wet and not mixed right but then when you touch it, it feels smooth and not wet. It took us several tries to get it just right. The directions was a little off so you will have to play around to get the consistency right. Make sure to wear gloves because the blue will be on your hands. The volcano took several tries as well you have to move really quick when adding the baking soda my girls overly loved the explosions. I think they like the messed up explosion better than the correct one lol. They had fun getting the gems out and examining them. This is a great gift rather your kid has a love for science or they don't. From a kid eye my girls overly loved this kit and have used it until they are out of ingredients. The slimy goop, doughy goop, an erupting volcano and dig for gemstones is the best. It's hours worth of fun. From a parents eyes it's messy but it's not a deal breaker just something to be prepared for.
