Why? Why would you change the "Mild Formula" scent to this new one? That's what I liked about it, it was mild and not overpowering, were you getting complaints? I got nothing but compliments on how I smelled. I have two bottles left of the "Mild Formula", guess I'll have to use sparingly until I find a new scent and possibly different brand! They even changed the deodorant scent. Very disappointed.

I used this for many years and loved it but the new formulation is just awful. The scent, which used to match the Clean Comfort deodorant well, now smells very different and chemical-like, almost like plastic. It also feels different doesn't seem to lather as well. Why did you make this product so much worse, it was a huge mistake.

I've used the previous version of the product for years, and it was the only one that worked for me -- especially in the colder months, when my eczema flares up. The new formula just does not work. It's like any generic body wash out there. This used to be your differentiating product: for people with dry, allergic skin, in particular, this one was among the very few (if any) products that worked. If you want to change packaging to keep it fresh -- sure; but don't change the formula because of some commercial motives when you have loyal customers who depend on it. Bring the previous formula back.

This used to be my favorite soap for years as it did a great job of moisturizing and cleaning at the same time. The new formula change now leaves a soap scum feeling on my skin defeating the point of using this product. Hoping they bring back the old formula as an alternative.

this used to be my go to body wash but now i cant use it correctly as it just runs off of my hand when i put it on(not even under the water stream in the shower either) my hand and im am very saddened to see that 1 out of my 2 favorite body wash brands have started watering their product down to save some money.
